1.Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

2.Order Cutoff Time

The daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM.

Orders placed before the cutoff time will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

3.Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after order processing is:5-10 business days

Please note that the delivery time is an estimate only and the actual delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, peak season, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Our primary delivery partner is UPS.

For larger or heavier items such as lawnmowers and other oversized equipment, we may arrange for freight companies or truck transportation services for delivery.

Freight Delivery Notes:

The carrier may contact you in advance to arrange a delivery time.

An adult may be required to be present at the delivery address to receive and inspect the goods.

Please ensure that the contact information you provide is accurate to avoid delays in delivery.

7.Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

If you submit a cancellation request before your order ships, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer need the goods after receiving them, please follow our return and refund policy. Any order eligible for return must meet the conditions set forth in our return policy.

We Cancel Your Order

In certain circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your order, including but not limited to:

·Payment verification issues

·Suspected fraudulent activity

·Incorrect price or product information

·If we cancel your order, we will refund the full amount to your original payment account.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking information.

You can use the tracking number to monitor the status and delivery progress of your package.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become effective after receiving the shipping confirmation email.
