Refunds & Returns Policy

1.Return and Exchange Eligibility

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can apply for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

We accept returns and exchanges in the following situations:

The product arrived damaged during shipping.
The product received is defective or not functioning properly upon arrival.
You received the wrong item.
The item is significantly different from the product description.
The item arrived with missing parts or accessories.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos showing the issue.

2.Return & Exchange Conditions


To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, parts, packaging, and documentation.
The item must not show signs of installation, modification, misuse, or excessive wear.

For example, a lawn mower that has been used to cut grass or a cordless drill that has been used on a construction project cannot be returned as a new item.

3.Return Period

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be accepted.

4.Return Process


Initiating a Return Process:

1️⃣ Contact our customer service team and provide the following information:

Order number, product name, reason for return

(If applicable) Relevant photos or videos

2️⃣ Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

3️⃣ Please carefully pack the product and ship it to our return address (4872 S 300 W, Murray, UT 84107, United States)

4️⃣ After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.

Please do not return products without prior authorization, as this may delay processing.

5.Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange an item:
1️⃣Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery.
2️⃣Provide your order information and explain the reason for the exchange.
3️⃣After approval, return the original item to the return address listed in our Contact Information section.
4️⃣Once the returned product passes inspection, we will arrange shipment of the replacement item.
Replacement items are subject to product availability.


6.Refund Process


After we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refund requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Please note that actual refund posting times may vary based on your financial institution and payment provider.

7.Return & Exchange Shipping Costs


Seller-Paid Return Shipping

We will cover return shipping costs if:

·The item arrived damaged.
·The item is defective.
·The wrong item was shipped.
·The product is missing parts due to our error.
·Customer-Paid Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if:

·The item is no longer wanted.
·An incorrect item was ordered by the customer.
·The return is requested for personal preference reasons.

Original shipping costs (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8.Order Cancellation


Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been shipped.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you no longer want the item after receiving it, you may request a return in accordance with this Refunds & Returns Policy.

Cancellation by Us
